What are Ship Consultants hours of operation?

Ship Consultants LLC strives to be a 24/7 availability operation center to allow for package pick-up as convenient as possible for our customers. At times, the center may only be available based on the pick up window the customer has selected and therefore may not always be available on site.

Do I have to be a customer member to pick up a package item?

Accepted Answer

No. However to setup a delivery request or service, we do request you set up an account with us. This information will not be shared with anyone and will be maintained in our secure systems. Your Customer Name, ID, and/or tracking/delivery numbers will be required. For various services, rental equipment, office services or requesting an alternate to pick up items for you, a customer account will be required and referenced for services. Personal identification and information may be required.

What kind of ID is required for membership or at pickup?

Accepted Answer

You may be required to provide a valid, active, photo Identification. You may also be required to provide a passcode designated by you and provided upon all package pick ups and delivery confirmations. A passcode is setup on your account and can be used for any alternates assigned to pick up for you.

What size items can be placed on extended hold for pick up?

Accepted Answer

All items stored should be prepacked for delivery and properly labeled. The most common accepted items include:Furniture & Mattresses: Tables, chairs, dressers, bed frames, and sofas.Appliances: Refrigerators, freezers, washers, and dryers (ensure they are completely defrosted and dry before storage).Electronics: TVs, computers, gaming consoles, and audio equipment.Clothing & Textiles: Seasonal wardrobes, blankets, and curtains.Business & Contractor Equipment: Retail inventory, documents, files, ladders, and power tools.Recreational Gear: Bicycles, camping equipment, kayaks, and golf clubs.General boxes and envelopes of all sizes.Contact us at customerservice@shipconsultantsllc.com if you have specific questions on items.

Are only items shipped by a delivery service allowed to be on hold at Ship Consultants location?

Accepted Answer

No. You may contact us to make arrangements for packages to be delivered to our location for pickup by our customers. Additional fees will be required and additional information may be required than what is provided upon account sign up.
